Description

Metal extruder improves performance

The optimised extruder with metal extrusion and original hot-end kit presses the material into the nozzle with increased pressure and thus significantly improves the performance of the 3D printer. The extruder kit has an adjustable bolt that can be used to adjust the pressure of the extruder as needed.

Innovative design

The improved extruder without a pneumatic push-fit (a collet is used instead) has little gear play, which prevents breakage between the joint and the bowden tube.

Even flow

The extruder gear and the associated U-shaped bearing mesh precisely with one another. The small amount of play prevents slipping and dragging.

Easy installation

The optimised extruder is easy to install and set up.
For this, the old extruder is simply removed and the new metal extruder screwed in.
