eSUN ePLA-HF filament is a high-performance PLA material that offers exceptional quality and remarkable detail precision, even at high printing speeds. Unlike standard PLA printed at maximum speeds of 100 mm/s, a high-speed printer equipped with ePLA-HF can reach incredible speeds of up to 350 mm/s!

By optimizing the melt index and melting temperature of this high-performance PLA, the high-fluidity material flows more evenly during melting and cools faster during printing. This minimizes the risk of clogging and reduces warping, often encountered when printing at high speed. In addition, its stable viscosity decreases the likelihood of undesirable effects such as “stringing”.

ePLA-HF is extremely adaptable and has a low heat capacity, which reduces dependence on the printer’s cooling capacity and thus improves printing performance. Its specific heat resistance properties make it an ideal material for conceptual models and rapid prototyping.
